There are actually a lot of websites out there about blogging and I chose to focus more on celebrities. There are blogs about sports, school, and just about anything. People can make up their own blogs if they want to; they are kind of like their own personal websites. But I chose celebrity blogs because it was something that really interested me and that I had experience using but not really noticing discrimination and I thought it would be eye opening.
When I first started this experience I entered blogs about celebrities just to get information about them. I liked to use them as my tabloid to get the gossip about the celebrities. I never thought anything about race or discrimination within the websites. I would just look at them, see how the celebrities would be made fun of and get a laugh out of it. Then I started to explore them more and look at them for their content and really read into what they were portraying.
